So what are they putting in our food? and how much? how many words on the side of your cereal box? and how many do I understand? or can pronounce? And Red dye number this, and Blue dye number that, and Green, Yellow. "The foods made of numbers, the Kitchens in a bag," Boston Market wants us to close up our kitchen, some other corporation wants us to buy what ever they are selling by the bagful, bucketful, or boxful. Drive thru, or walk in, check the vibe, check the people, the people, not cooking food, just handling the product, you remember PRODUCT? No there grandma cooking with love, cleaning and cutting greens, or cleaning and cutting chicken, see there, SINGLE words. We are out of balance, out of harmony. "Mamas got a mustache, Daddys walkin fag." And you are so correct in your question: ......."What's food?" or the question: WHAT IS FOOD? I am at a point now where every thing that enters my body, I must identify as food, If I can't it has no place being in my body. (Air, Light, Solids, Liquids, Sounds, Vibrations.)
